  • ACH:
    • Complete a Stop Payment Form - (A fee applies) 
• Travel Notification Form
  • APCI eBanking Users: Log in to APCI eBanking > Select the account associated with the card > Select More > Travel Notice
  • Non APCI eBanking Users: Travel Notification Form - Government issued photo ID required
